If not, it may result the failure of payment or use the Services. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password at all times.
You can receive the message if the car is already arranged. This message includes the name of the driver, the plate number, the driver’s phone number, the meeting point and so on. If any questions about the service, you can call our call center for help. We are ready for you at every time.

If the payment on the credit card / Debit Card / Net Banking is declined / Failed for some reason, for alternate payment instructions you must inform us via the time of departure, else the order is liable to be cancelled.
Sometimes Online Making Payment Through Our Websites it takes 24 hours to 36 hours To Reflect Amount in Our Account and We Cannot Confirm or Provide any Services unless we received amount.
Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam, breakdown, accidents, severe weather conditions etc is not held responsible.
Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation fees help ensure more efficiency on the
MyChinaTaxi App as well as faster pickups for riders. You
can cancel a trip at any time before or after you've been
matched with a driver.
If you cancel your trip before
we match a driver and haven��t send your drivers information,
you can cancel your trip free of charge. Go to the left bar
inside the menu, my trips, select the trip you want cancel,
click cancel and all set.
1.Cancellation policy for
instant rides
We charge you a fee to compensate your
driver for the time and gas.
(1) Customer cancels
after the driver matched and driver��s information send to
customer. Customer will be charged $3 for cancellation fee.
(2) Customer cancels after the driver has taken the
order 3 minutes or more $5 will be charged as cancelation
charge.
(3) Customer late more than 5 minutes driver
canceled the ride, $5 will be compensation to the driver..
(4) Customer no show, the driver canceled by himself.
$10 will be charged as cancelation charge.
(5) Your
driver is arrived no late than 5 minutes of the original
estimated arrival time, customer cancel in this period, $10
will be charged.
(6) If the driver late more than 5
minutes of the original estimated arrival time, customer
canceled the ride, customer can get 100% refund.
2.Cancellation policy of reserved rides
(1) 100%
refund before driver��s departure time.
(2) $10 will
be charged after driver departure to pick you up.
(3)
For no show to reserved rides, no refund available.
3.Cancellation policy of airport transfer.
(1) The
pick-up service is based on the actual arrival time of the
flight. The included waiting time of the flight is 1 hour
and 40 minutes for free. If the waiting time exceeds 1 RMB
(0.146 USD) per minute, the maximum waiting time is 2.5
hours.
(2) After 2.5 hours waiting time but pax still
not show up, the driver can close the order if the passenger
does not show up. No refund.
(3) 100% refund 12 hours
before flight time.
(4) No refund within 12 hours
before flight time.
4 Destination change while in a
ride.
(1) Once a ride has started, you can end it by
notifying your driver where you'd like to be dropped off en
route. The driver will end the ride for you. No refund for
the rest trip.
(2) If you change the destination far
beyond the original ride destination, cause more gas and
driver services, you agree that we will charge your credit
card for the exceeded ride part with our standard.
INCORRECTLY CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE
If you believe
you were incorrectly charged a cancellation fee on a trip,
request a refund through the email

The Services comprise mobile
applications and related services (each, an "Application"),
which enable users to arrange and schedule transportation,
including with third party providers of such services under
agreement with mychinataxi or certain of mychinataxi��s
suppliers��chinese car hailing companies, affiliates or
clients, travel agents ("Third Party Providers"). In certain
instances the Services may also include an option to receive
transportation services for an upfront price, subject to
acceptance by the respective Third Party Providers. Unless
otherwise agreed by mychinataxi in a separate written
agreement with you, the Services are made available for you
to use. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR ABILITY TO OBTAIN
TRANSPORTATION THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES DOES NOT
ESTABLISH MYCHINATXI AS A PROVIDER OF TRANSPORTATION, OR AS
A TRANSPORTATION CARRIER. FOR ANY ACCIDENT MADE BY THIRD
PARTY SUPPLIERS VECHILES WILL NOT BE CONNECTED TO
MYCHINATAXI, BUT MYCHINATAXI WILL HELP TO PROVIDE THE THIRD
PARTIES INFORMATION AND CONTACT DETAILS AND HELP TO GET THE
INSURANCE COMPENSATIONS FROM SUPPLIERS�� INSURANCE COMPANIES.

How to handle it?
Step1, Accident happened,

policeman come to the spot and get accident paper issued by
the policeman.
Step2, Driver will call to his
insurance company , his working car company or other
compaies like DIDI, Shouqi ect to let them come to see the
spot and accident.
Step3, Custom going to the
hospital and driver (his company) will cover all the cost,
then the driver With the accident paper to let insurance pay
him.
Step4, If custom can not get money from the
driver or insurance company, or he need more compensation
(not satisfied with the amount driver and insurance company
pay to him) he can sue the driver and insurance company to
the court to get more money.
10. If passengers leave
valuables in the car, MyChinaTaxi will provide the contact
of the driver. MyChinaTaxi is not responsible for take
valuables back or compensationr.
11. The English map
supplier is not MyChinaTaxi. The may is not accurate enough.
The passegner are obliged to provide the exact address
including the number of the street.
The terms and conditions provided is under the jurisdiction of Hong Kong SAR's law.
