PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MY CHINA TAXI.

1. Contractual Relationship

These Terms of Use ("Terms") stipulates your use of the website, from within China and its territories and possessions, of the applications, websites, content, products, and services made available in China and its territories and possessions by mychinataxi.com. The website “mychinataxi.com” belongs to the company called China Pleasure Tour Co., Ltd.

If you the Services, it means you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms expressly supersede prior agreements or arrangements with you.

MY CHINA TAXI reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Services are offered through the Website, including but not limited to the charges for the Services provided through the Website. The User shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE REVIEW THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT SET FORTH BELOW CAREFULLY, AS IT WILL REQUIRE YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH MY CHINA TAXI ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION. BY ENTERING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND HAVE TAKEN TIME TO CONSIDER THE CONSEQUENCES OF THIS IMPORTANT DECISION.

2. Privacy Policy

This privacy policy mentions how to protect any information you submit. All the information you submitted is protected. You can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

3. Arbitration Agreement

By agreeing to the Terms, you agree that you are required to resolve any claim that you may have against MY CHINA TAXI on an individual basis in arbitration, as set forth in this Arbitration Agreement. This will preclude you from bringing any class, collective, or representative action against MY CHINA TAXI, and also preclude you from participating in or recovering relief under any current or future class, collective, consolidated, or representative action brought against Mychinataxi by someone else.

4. The Services

Based on the terms mentioned, you are granted a limited license to:

a. use the Applications on your personal device solely in connection with your use of the Services;

b. use any content, information and related materials that may be made available through the Services, in each case solely for your personal, noncommercial use.

5. Use of the Services

5.1 About User Account information

you need to register a Mychinataxi account before use. And the name, the email or the phone, the nationality and other information required should be filled completely. And all the information should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

If not, it may result the failure of payment or use the Services. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password at all times.

5.2 Text Messaging and Telephone Calls

You can receive the message if the car is already arranged. This message includes the name of the driver, the plate number, the driver’s phone number, the meeting point and so on. If any questions about the service, you can call our call center for help. We are ready for you at every time.

6. Payment

Please note the price is generated automatically after the form is filled. To confirm the price you will need to click on the confirm button in the check out page.

If the payment on the credit card / Debit Card / Net Banking is declined / Failed for some reason, for alternate payment instructions you must inform us via the time of departure, else the order is liable to be cancelled.

Sometimes Online Making Payment Through Our Websites it takes 24 hours to 36 hours To Reflect Amount in Our Account and We Cannot Confirm or Provide any Services unless we received amount.

Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam, breakdown, accidents, severe weather conditions etc is not held responsible.

7. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel trip 24 hours in advance, no charge and you'll be refunded in full.

If you cancel your trip within 5 minutes of having paid for it, to get a refund you need to call our call center and you may cancel your without any charge!

Cancellation fees help ensure more efficiency on the Mychinataxi App as well as faster pickups for riders. Cancellation fee amounts differ by city and vehicle option.

INSTANT BOOKING CANCELLATION FEES

You will be charged a cancellation fee in the following situations:

1. If you cancel your trip after 5 minutes of having paid for it, your driver will already be on the way to you so there will be 50% cancellation charge.

2. If you are late to the meeting point, the driver may cancel your hire, however we can find another car for you! You need to wait for more time. If car no longer needed, please call the call center and the relevant cancellation charge will apply!

3. If your mobile cannot be connected and taking up too much time.

4. If you cancel at any point after the driver arrives.

5. If the driver cancels after waiting 2 minutes at the pickup location

RESERVED BOOKING CANCELLATION FEES

You will be charged a cancellation fee in the following situations:

1. If you cancel within 24 hours, there'll be 50% cancellation charge.

2. If you are late to the meeting point, the driver may cancel your hire, however we can find another car for you! You need to wait for more time. If car no longer needed, please call the call center and the relevant cancellation charge will apply!

3. If your mobile cannot be connected and taking up too much time.

4. If you cancel at any point after the driver arrives.

5. If the driver cancels after waiting 2 minutes at the pickup location.

If our driver is late to the meeting point by 20 minutes you may cancel the hire without any charges!

INCORRECTLY CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE

If you believe you were incorrectly charged a cancellation fee on a trip, request a refund through customer service via email.
